After Grant is awarded

Prepare Internal documents and email confirmation to Grants Team, ORKTS

Prepare Grant accpetance documents in accordance with Grantor's requirments

 

Submit the documents to Grantor through Grants Team, ORKTS

 

Awardees may refer to the following details for the required documents of different grants:

    • Project Revision or Project particulars and budget revision form
    • Indicative timetable and budget split (depends on the requirement of individual schemes)
    • Layman Summary
    • Memorandum of Understanding
    • Agreement(s) with partner(s) (if any)

    • Updated Cashflow
    • Self-declaration form and Authorization form
    • Project agreement with the Grantor
    • Agreement(s) with partner(s) (if any)

    • A letter responding to comments of the Grant Review Board and expert reviewer(s)
    • A revised Proposed Research Project and budget revision
    • Declaration and Authorization form
    • Regulatory / ethics approvals / evidence for accessing third-party data
    • Project agreement with the Grantor

    • Updated budget plan
    • Updated work plan
    • Letter of acceptance to the Grantor

    • Project agreement with Grantor
    • Duly signed and stamped project proposal (if any)
    • Agreement(s) with partner(s) (if any)
    • Updated project budget/sub-project budget plan (if any)

    • Project agreement with the Grantor
