Mr. Khairul Rusydi 
Co-Founder & CEO, Reactor School

Khairul Rusydi lives at the intersection of technology, youth development, and Entrepreneurship Education (EntreEd). A former Enterprise Singapore (ESG) scholar, he is also an alumnus of the VC Unlocked program with Stanford and 500 Global.

Rusydi has served on the boards of several youth development organizations, including *SCAPE, Advisory, and The Young SEAkers. Notably, he was a member of the Youth Action Panel with the Singapore Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and the Alliance for Action with the Ministry of Manpower.

Currently, Rusydi is the co-founder and CEO of Reactor (www.reactor.school). Reactor School collaborates with over 300 high schools and 50 universities across the APAC region, helping students transform their ideas into companies. Additionally, Reactor Ventures facilitates investments in student-led startups, with an average investment size of SGD $100k per team.
