Codex Genetics was incorporated in 2013 Q1 by scientists specialized in genomics and bioinformatics. we aim to improve patient diagnosis and treatment by providing clinically ready genetic screening panels, enabled by our most advanced DNA sequencing technologies-GENESIS. Moreover we aim to be one of the largest database company in the world specialized in Asian genetic information-to facilitate the medical development on the most populated continent. 高德基因於2013年由一群來自香港中文大學的基因和生物信息學科學家成立。我們利用GENESIS基因測試平臺為病人提供個人的基因組學信息，透過應用高通量基因診斷技術改善病人的治療效果。我們也致力成為世界上最大的亞洲人基因數據庫公司，為促進亞洲的醫療發展作出貢獻。
