Accountability: Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
ACCOUNTABILITY: DIVERSITY, INCLUSION AND BELONGING
According to the business dictionary, Accountability is when a party is held responsible for their performance in their assigned tasks. By holding team members accountable and make them liable for the execution of their tasks (and other responsibilities entrusted to them), it increases the efficiency of the team and also decreases the time and manpower which might be distracted by other unproductive actions.
