Last time we have talked about the negotiating issues for term sheets including valuation of company, the investment amount and the timing of investment and the form of investment.
Fundraising is important for the company development. A good deal could act as a fuel for the company and a bad deal could affect the future round of fundraising. When you reach fundraising stage, please take the above important negotiating issues into consideration.
