Event Highlight | Guangzhou (Baiyun District) Government and CPPCC members delegation conclude visit to CUHK
The Secretary of Baiyun District Committee of Guangzhou,Mr He Jingqing (何镜清) and the Director of the ORKTS, Professor Benny Zee.
Prof. Benny Zee, Director of the Office of Research and Knowledge Transfer Services (ORKTS) received the delegation of Guangzhou (Baiyun District) Government and CPPCC members on 09 May 2023. The delegates were introduced to the recent development of the CUHK Strategic Research Area and corresponding knowledge transfer activities and achievements.
The Head of Delegation, Mr He Jingqing (何镜清), who is the Secretary of the Baiyun District Committee of Guangzhou expressed gratitude to the China Engagement Office for coordinating the visit and to ORKTS for meeting with them. He elaborated on the purpose of their visit, detailing the importance of mutual collaboration on scientific innovation and technology development, for example, in the area of public health and cosmetics development, and extended a verbal invitation to ORKTS to visit the Science & Technology Parks in Baiyun District.
