About China Prosperity Capital

China Prosperity Capital was established in 2015, focusing on the investment of emerging technology fields. It is a venture capital firm with significant experience and qualifications in domestic and foreign fund operations. Projects that have been invested in include NIO (NYSE: NIO), 36Kr (NASDAQ: KRKR), BlueCity (NASDAQ: BLCT), 縱橫文學,極易電商,道童新能源,i2Cool，板石智能, etc. The founding team of China Prosperity Capital founded CMGE(0302. HK) in 2009 which listed successively on NASDAQ and HKEX. With nearly 15 years of experience in joint entrepreneurship and investment, they have rich industrial resources and successful enterprise management experience, accompanying the growth of startups.
In 2020, China Prosperity Capital established an early-stage fund focusing on strategic emerging industries with Shenzhen Angel FOF and Futian Guiding Fund. It is the only Angel Fund supported by both of city level and district level guiding funds, which focuses on supporting the entrepreneurial development of youth in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Macao. China Prosperity Capital has rich research projects and talent resources in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, and dedicating to serve the industrial transformation of Hong Kong research achievements in Shenzhen and supporting the integrated development of Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
