2. Parallel submissions of research proposals to corresponding grantors respectively are required for (b). Applicants please read the NSFC’s announcements and《2024年度國家自然科學基金項目指南》for eligibility and application requirements.

3. Please read Guidelines for Conducting Research at SZRI carefully and note the following documents from the NSFC for preparation of application:

4. Applicants please submit the following documents to the Grants Team, ORKTS (orkts_grants@cuhk.edu.hk) by the internal deadline:

a) completed proposal (in PDF), which should be a submitted version generated from the NSFC’s electronic system 科學基金網絡信息系統

b) signed Undertaking for Research Commitment in DMS (original copy)

c) signed Undertaking by Department (if applicable) (original copy)

d) signed Declaration for Research Grant at DMS (original copy)

e) collaborative agreement(s) (if any) <template can be provided upon request for (a); template provided by NSFC for (b)>
