Application Procedure –
Applicants please submit the following to Grants Team, ORKTS (orkts_grants@cuhk.edu.hk) by the internal deadline. Late applications will not be accepted.
- Completed application form (Template Edition: 2025-03) (in Chinese and in MS Word);
- Detailed proposal (including but not limited to the research background; the subject, theme and objectives of research; methodology; project deliverables; expected project results and budget) (Limited to 10 pages, in Chinese and in MS Word);
- Proof of application/approval from relevant regulatory agencies (including ethics, use of experimental drugs, safety and/or access to third party information, etc.) (if applicable); and
- Declaration form endorsed by Head of relevant academic unit via the e-Declaration System.
An acknowledgement email would be sent to applicants upon receipt of application materials.
