 Application Procedure –

• Applications should be submitted via the MOST’s electronic system. For account creation, please contact Grants Team, ORKTS by email (orkts_grants@cuhk.edu.hk).

• Please note that the focus areas require matching fund and applicants have to arrange for their own matching.

• A copy of the certificate of employment should be attached to the application. Please contact Mr. Oscar Lui of Human Resources Office (oscarlui@cuhk.edu.hk/ 3943 5446) to obtain such document.

• Applicants please submit the following to Grants Team, ORKTS (orkts_grants@cuhk.edu.hk) by the internal deadline. Please note that late applications would not be accepted.
  a) Completed full proposal (in PDF), which should be generated from the MOST’s electronic system (國家科技管理信息系統公共服務平台);
  b) Declaration form endorsed by Head of relevant academic unit via the e-Declaration System (details available here);
  c) Signed “誠信承諾書” by Principal Investigator (項目負責人) and Principal Investigator(s) of sub-project(s) (課題負責人) (in PDF) (Template is available at the MOST’s electronic system);
  d) Collaborative agreement(s) (please contact ORKTS in advance for preparation); and
  e) CUHK research ethics approval (if necessary) (in PDF).
  
  An acknowledgement email would be sent upon receipt of application materials.
